We try and take a little of the stress away by providing well known and quality brands at rock bottom prices. We troll through the internet every week to ensure that we are the best price for quality baby products in New Zealand. Service, knowledge, communication and fast delivery are essential for today’s parents. Baby Stuff is well known throughout New Zealand and Australia for these sought after qualities, with a large number of our customers having been referred to us by friends or family. Well how did we get to where we are today? When we first started selling online we were unprepared for the explosion of questions, queries and orders we were to receive. There were lots of late nights and early starts trying to keep everybody happy. It was not unusual for our customers to be receiving answers to their e-mails at 1.30am. Since then we have learnt alot and employed more people to answer those tricky or problematic questions. Every question will get answered but sometimes even we have to contact our suppliers to come up with the correct answer. With this communication and advice, sharp pricing and fast delivery, the word started to spread. We spend very little on advertising and alot on our customers, word of mouth is our greatest marketing tool and it seems to be working. We grew 300% in the 2009 year and so far 2010 looks to exceed expectations. The team at Baby Stuff are all parents themselves, and receive regular training both in-house and by sales representatives who call regularly. Staying up to date with the latest products, safety requirements and trends within the industry are imperative to offer you both what you want and what you need.
