Well how did we get to where we are today?
When we first started Baby Stuff we were unprepared for the explosion of questions, queries and orders we were to receive. There were lots of late nights and early starts trying to keep everybody happy. It was not unusual for our customers to be receiving answers to their e-mails at 1.30am.
With this communication and advice, sharp pricing and fast delivery, the word started to spread. We spend very little on advertising and alot on our customers, word of mouth is our greatest marketing tool
and it seems to be working!
