We will dispatch your order within 24hrs (excluding weekends and public holidays), in the unlikely event your order is unable to be dispatched within this timeframe we will contact you explaining the delay.
The 24 hour period will start during normal business hours. If an order is placed after hours the 24 hours is not deemed to have started until 9am the next working day, or we have had a chance to view, and dispatch your order. We will not e-mail if the delay is less than 2 hours i.e we have your order processed but are just waiting for the courier to arrive.
In any event we will endeavour to get your order out to you asap. This guarantee is given and accepted in good faith.
